Some feedbacks that we received in 2011:
We have just returned to Wales after enjoying our 1st wedding anniversary in Finland. What a wonderful experience we had. My brother in law had booked some trips with you. Our first being the reindeer sleighride and a trip to santa's village. Then the northern lights and finishing with sleeping the night in an igloo. What an amazing experience. Our next trip was ice fishing. It was brilliant. I love fishing and this was totally different.Our last trip with you was riding/driving a dog sled. Truly awesome. My favourite was this.... I would like to thank all your staff and people who made this possible. I would also like to thank the member of staff who acted so professionally when a problem occured with the transport bus. He kept us informed and made immediate alternative arrangements. I will inform others of the wonderful and professional trips arranged by you.

The staff were brilliant and I can not praise them enough. Our guide was the best he was so polite and helpfull and Mario's cooking was awesome!!
I must say we where apprehensive after reading the reviews but they proved uncalled for and we will make sure we tell everyone that your company is excellent.

We have enjoyed throughly our stay at Rovaniemi.
We were very impressed by the safaris and excursions by your Company. We were particularly impressed by the tour guides' level of preparation and knowledge. We would like to mention in particular Snelli who is an expert on wildlife and fishing in the Lapland region and who made both the fishing on the river Kemi and the day in the wilderness excursions extremely interesting, pleasant and unforgettable.
It is very unfortunate that we have to complain, however, that the snacks advertised on the reindeer farm consisted of a cup tea (or coffee) with a biscuit and that on the Husky Farm turned out to be a simple refreshment!
However as we indicated above the overall experience was a positive one and we will recommend your Company with anyone visiting Rovaniemi and the Lapland region.

Thank you for the wonderful moose safari and Louevaara hiking trip. I had only two days in Rovaniemi and Lapland Welcome made both days very special. It was really fun walking in the wild forest, toasting cheese sandwiches in open fire and meeting wild reindeers and moose in the forests. Even shopping for nokia rubber boots was fun!
