Lapland Welcome Ltd has got a quality program since 2008. A file of questions is delivered to individual customers that have ordered a ready made holiday package.

Some clients have filled the file and Ms Evgenia Amey has put them together and made this excellent documentation as a part of her studies at Rovaniemi University of Applied Sciences (Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management and Bachelor’s Degree in International Business).
